1. Who we are

RJethai Studio (“we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship of Shitalben Sureshbhai Jethva, C-601 Kalyan Residency, Near Jalaram School, Palanpur, Surat 395009, Gujarat, India.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses RJethai Resume on this website or as an installed app, worldwide. If you live in the European Union, the German AGB and Widerrufsbelehrung apply in addition and take priority where they give you more rights.

2. The service

RJethai Resume is a web application that helps you create and tailor CVs / resumes and cover letters, in English and German. Your documents are created and stored in your own browser. Optional AI tailoring (Claude by Anthropic) rewrites, reorders and translates your CV and cover letter for a job posting – using only facts from your CV. Always check the result before you send it. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your documents. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular result.

3. Account and free trial

Downloading documents requires a free account (sign-in with an e-mail code or Google). Each person can create 3 CVs and 3 cover letters for free. Downloading the same document again does not count twice. The free trial is for one person only; creating extra accounts to get more free documents is not allowed and is detected automatically. The free trial never turns into a paid subscription by itself. You must be at least 18 years old to use RJethai Resume.

4. Subscription, price and payment

RJethai Pro (the paid plan of RJethai Resume) gives you unlimited CVs and cover letters for one month at a time. The price is shown before you buy, in your local currency and including the tax that applies in your country (for example ₹199 in India, 3,99 € in the EU, US$4.99 in other countries).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. When you buy RJethai Pro, you buy it from Paddle, and the Paddle Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. Paddle charges your payment method, adds the correct VAT/GST/sales tax and sends your invoice.

5. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with effect from the end of the current paid month – on the page Cancel subscription (no sign-in needed), in your account under “Payment method & invoices”, or by e-mail. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for.

7. Fair use and AI limits

AI tailoring is limited to a few requests in the free trial and 150 per calendar month with Pro; the same CV with the same posting counts once. You may use RJethai only for your own job applications or, as a career coach, for your clients’ applications. You must not attack, overload, copy or resell the service, bypass the download limits, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Your content and our software

Your CVs, letters and photos belong to you. We do not store them on our servers; with AI tailoring they are processed only to create your document (see the Privacy Policy). The RJethai Resume software, designs and texts belong to us; you get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active.

9. Availability and changes

We try to keep RJethai Resume available at all times but cannot guarantee it (e.g. maintenance, outages at our providers). We may improve or change features. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance by e-mail; they apply only from the next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to RJethai Resume is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost documents stored in your browser – please keep your own copies (download them). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life and health.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the account area. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.
